Hearty, filling, and ready in 20 minutes — this lentil veggie wrap is the meal prep lunch that keeps on giving. Smoky spiced lentils, crunchy fresh veggies, and creamy hummus all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. Lunch goals, sorted.

Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked green or brown lentils
- 4 tbsp hummus
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tsp chilli sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cooked lentils, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes until the lentils are slightly crispy and well-seasoned. Add lemon juice and stir again.2. Warm your tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side or microwave for 20 seconds.
4. Layer the spiced lentils, romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado across the centre of each wrap.
