INGREDIENTS
• 2 pieces frozen acai packets
• 2 pieces frozen banana
• 1 cups frozen blueberries
• 4 tablespoons plant milk
• 4 tablespoons granola
• 1 cups fresh strawberries sliced
• 1 pieces banana sliced
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
• 1 tablespoons honey or agave to drizzle
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend the base: Break the 2 pieces frozen acai packets into chunks and add to a high-speed blender with 2 pieces frozen banana, 1 cups frozen blueberries, and 4 tablespoons plant milk. Blend on high, using a tamper if needed, until thick and smooth. It should be the consistency of very thick soft-serve ice cream. Add more liquid only if absolutely needed — keep it thick!
2. Pour into bowls: Divide the thick smoothie base between two wide bowls. Work quickly as it melts fast.
3. Add toppings: Arrange 4 tablespoons granola, 1 cups fresh strawberries sliced, 1 pieces banana sliced in neat rows or sections on top. Sprinkle over 2 tablespoons chia seeds and 2 tablespoons coconut flakes.
4. Finish and serve: Drizzle with 1 tablespoons honey or agave to drizzle and serve immediately. This is a bowl you eat with your eyes first — take a second to appreciate how beautiful it looks before digging in!
