INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups coconut yoghurt
• 1 cups granola
• 1 cups fresh strawberries sliced
• 1 cups fresh blueberries
• 1 pieces banana sliced
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1 pieces mint leaves to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Layer the yoghurt: Spoon half of 2 cups coconut yoghurt into the bottom of two tall glasses or bowls.
2. Add granola and fruit: Add a layer of 1 cups granola, then 1 cups fresh strawberries sliced, 1 cups fresh blueberries, and 1 pieces banana sliced.
3. Repeat the layers: Add the remaining 2 cups coconut yoghurt on top, followed by another layer of 1 cups granola and the rest of the fruit.
4. Finish and serve: Drizzle with 2 tablespoons maple syrup, sprinkle 2 tablespoons chia seeds over the top, and garnish with 1 pieces mint leaves to garnish. Serve immediately for maximum crunch!
