Thick, creamy, nutty, and naturally sweet — this peanut butter banana smoothie is basically a dessert that's secretly good for you. One of the most searched vegan smoothie recipes for a very good reason!

INGREDIENTS

• 3 pieces frozen bananas

• 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter

• 2 cups oat milk

• 2 pieces medjool dates pitted

• 2 tablespoons cacao powder

• 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

• 4 pieces ice cubes


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add everything to blender: Add 3 pieces frozen bananas, 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter, 2 cups oat milk, 2 pieces medjool dates pitted, 2 tablespoons cacao powder, 1 teaspoons vanilla extract, and 4 pieces ice cubes to a high-speed blender.




2. Blend until smooth: Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. Taste — add more peanut butter if you want it nuttier, or a little extra date if you like it sweeter.




3. Serve: Pour into two glasses and top with a drizzle of peanut butter and a sprinkle of cacao nibs if you're feeling fancy. Drink immediately!
